These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AfriAds platform (accessible via afriads.net and app.afriads.net), headquartered in Abuja, Nigeria. By creating an account or otherwise using our platform as a Creator, Affiliate, or Advertiser, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to use AfriAds. You agree to provide accurate, truthful registration information and maintain updated payout details in your dashboard profile.
2. Stakeholder Roles on AfriAds
- Creators: Produce UGC (videos, images, social posts) for brand campaigns and submit deliverables through the dashboard for review and payment.
- Affiliates: Apply to high-converting CPA campaigns, generate unique tracking links, and promote offers across blogs, websites, and social media channels.
- Advertisers: Launch performance campaigns, set conversion criteria, review submissions, and pay for verified results.
3. Payout Policy
- The minimum payout threshold is ₦10,000.
- Payouts are made via direct Nigerian bank transfer only.
- Payouts are processed on weekends only: Friday and Saturday. Ensure your verified balance reaches the ₦10,000 threshold before the weekend cycle.
- Requests below ₦10,000 will be held until your balance reaches the minimum threshold.
4. Acceptable Use & Anti-Fraud Policy
You strictly agree NOT to:
- Send fake installs, fake leads, automated bot traffic, click farm visits, or self-referrals.
- Use brand-bidding, deceptive creatives, malware, or violate advertiser-specific offer rules.
- Submit fraudulent or plagiarized UGC content deliverables.
Any violation of our quality standards may result in forfeiture of unpaid balances and permanent account suspension.
