1. Introduction

Welcome to Afriads.net, a performance-based affiliate and content creation platform for CPA (Cost Per Action) marketers and UGC (User-Generated Content) creators. By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Affiliates and UGC Creators: Must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• Advertisers: Must have the legal authority to promote products or services via third-party affiliates or content creators.

3. Affiliate Program (CPA Marketing)

a. Registration & Account

• All users must register with accurate and verifiable information.
• Duplicate, false, or misleading accounts will be terminated without notice.

b. Offer Promotion Guidelines

• Affiliates are to promote only approved and listed offers on Afriads.net.
• Prohibited methods include:
  • Fake clicks, installs, or signups
  • Self-referrals or multi-accounting
  • Use of bots, VPN traffic, or incentivized actions
• Violating these terms will lead to account suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

c. Earnings & Payout Policy

• Minimum payout: ₦10,000
• Payout days: Fridays and Saturdays only
• Payment method: Bank transfer only
• Affiliates are responsible for submitting accurate payment details
• Fraud or suspicious activity will result in payout delays or bans

4. UGC Creators Program

a. Content Requirements

• Submitted content must be:
  • Original
  • Compliant with brand guidelines
  • Free of misleading claims, harmful content, nudity, hate speech, or false representation
• AI-generated content is only accepted when clearly stated and pre-approved

b. Review & Approval

• All submissions are subject to manual review by the content manager
• Afriads.net reserves the right to reject or request revisions on any submitted UGC

c. Creator Compensation

• UGC creators are compensated per approved content based on the campaign rate
• Payments follow the same schedule and method as affiliates (Friday/Saturday payouts, ₦10,000 minimum)

5. Prohibited Conduct (All Users)

• No spamming or unethical promotion
• No impersonation of brands or Afriads.net
• No exploitation of loopholes, fake traffic, or fraudulent content
• No sharing of platform resources or dashboard externally without permission
• Accounts found engaging in any of the above will be permanently disabled without prior warning.

6. Termination

• By You: You may terminate your Afriads.net account at any time by contacting support.
• By Afriads.net: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these terms, fraud, or platform abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Afriads.net will not be held liable for:

• Loss of earnings due to fraud investigation or payout issues caused by user error
• Delays in offer approvals or third-party platform issues
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Yearly Subscription Fee

To maintain access to full platform features, including the ability to request payouts, users are required to pay a non-refundable yearly subscription fee of ₦5,000.

• Mandatory for activating withdrawal privileges
• Valid for 12 months from the date of payment
• Non-transferable and non-refundable, regardless of account activity or termination
• Failure to renew the subscription may result in restrictions on payout eligibility until the fee is settled

9. Privacy and Data Use

By using Afriads.net, you agree to our data collection policies outlined in the Privacy Policy. Your data will only be used to improve our services and ensure compliance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any legal disputes shall be handled under Nigerian jurisdiction.
